Native seed collection data sheet
This form lets you record:
- the plant name
- detailed seed collection sites (for example, GPS location)
- the quantity of seeds collected
- photographs of the collection site.
Nursery record form
This form lets you record:
- the plant's name
- whether the seed was easy, medium or hard to grow
- the best time to collect seeds
- seed collection sites
- seed storage and treatment methods
- strike rates of cuttings
- any pests or diseases.
Plant propagation record: plants grown from cuttings
This form lets you record:
- the plant name
- cutting type (for example, softwood or hardwood)
- cutting treatments
- the propagation media (for example, perlite, sand or potting mix)
- transplanting date and other information
- any pests or diseases.
Plant propagation record: plants grown from seed
This form lets you record:
- the plant name
- seed quality (for example, viable or non-viable)
- seed treatment notes
- sowing date and other information
- transplanting date and other information
- any pests and diseases.
