Southern North Island Wood Council Awards Dinner

The Southern North Island Forestry Awards 2024 recognises and celebrates excellence among the skilled workforce in Taranaki, Whanganui, Manawatu, Wairarapa, Tararua and Wellington.

The awards benefit the region’s forestry industry in several ways, namely:

• to attract skilled employees to the region as valued forest industry players
• to up skill and lift the standard of the skill base of the forestry workforce
• to provide an opportunity for the southern North Island's forest industry to celebrate its skilled professionals
• to unite industry players
• to create a healthy and challenging competition amongst the industry.

Nominations open in November 2023 and close on 19 April 2024.
